Scott D. Southard

Scott D. Southard is an editor for Public Policy Associates. He is responsible for editing and proofreading as well as the overall quality of reports, proposals, letters, and other documents. He currently assists the Education, Workforce, and Economic Development group.
Mr. Southard received his M.F.A. in professional writing from the University of Southern California. He has numerous years of editing experience both for fiction and nonfiction works. He previously worked as an editor for the Pacific Center for Health Policy and Ethics in Los Angeles. His fiction has been honored in different national competitions and is currently represented by McIntosh and Otis Literary Agency. Mr. Southard is also an adjunct professor at Aquinas College where he teaches scriptwriting.
