Question: Is there a way for my institution to submit all of its data electronically instead of manual data entry for each program? Answer: Yes. We offer a batch-processing alternative. A batch file is a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet containing all of the programs a school would like to post on the Web site. If you already have programs posted on CECR, we can send you a batch file that includes your existing data that you may update at your location. First-time participants in CECR may also use the batch-file process as an alternative to the online data entry process. We recommend that you consider batch file data submission if you have 20 or more programs, particularly if you have the capacity to systematically extract CECR-required information from your school database.
