Michigan needs to "focus relentlessly on increasing the education and skills of our workforce," Public Policy Associates, Inc. (PPA) President Jeffrey D. Padden told the Lansing State Journal. "It's all about brain power."

Mr. Padden was featured in the Lansing State Journal's business section on Aug. 21.  In his interview, he discussed a wide range of topics, including the economy, the success of his company, PPA's role in preparing prisoners to succeed when they return home, and the upcoming 2011 Employer Conference on Workplace Diversity, which PPA is co-hosting.
