We are seeking to hire a full-time Project Manager with at least five years of experience leading research and evaluation projects.  This position is responsible for designing and implementing evaluation plans and other research efforts, contributing to business development, maintaining strong client relationships, leading project teams, and modeling PPA’s values.  Candidates should have experience in education, health and human services, or workforce development.
