We design and carry out survey research using the most effective approach suited to a client’s needs—whether that is through online surveys, telephone surveys, or traditional paper-and-pencil surveys. We identify the target populations, write precise questions, closely monitor the results, and critically analyze the responses. We have used survey research to analyze perceptions of community foundations, understand how campers feel about their state parks, gauge customer satisfaction, and track changes in attitudes and outlooks of small businesses, in addition to many other survey-based efforts.
